The Class of 2026 welcomes Chara-Lynn Aguiar to join the SBJ Forty Under 40 Hall of Fame

The Forty Under 40 Hall of Fame is reserved for those who have been honored as a Forty Under 40 recipient three times while still under the age of 40.

Hall of Fame inductees are not eligible for further nomination. We aren't forgetting them or ignoring them. We're retiring their numbers and acknowledging their obvious accomplishments, while making room to introduce more new faces.

Organizations are listed as they were at the time the honorees were selected. Multiple companies are noted when the honorees held different jobs during the Forty Under 40 years.
